A wedding in Spetses
When I first met Margarita at a café in Vouliagmeni, I said to myself “what a classy lady”. Margarita is a very intelligent, beautiful, sweet person with a great style in life! She wanted an intimate wedding and I had about two-three months to design and plan it. The good thing was that Margarita was fast, efficient and very decisive! When I met Sandro , I instantly thought they were the perfect match. Relaxed, gentle, smart man! I loved this couple. Together we started planning a beautiful beach wedding on Spetses island!
The couple was staying in Poseidonion Grand, the impressive hotel in Dapia square. The whole concept of the day was “LEFKI GIORTI” which means white feast, so all guests were dressed in white and the whole picture was so romantic. The colours of the wedding were grey, green and white and all the flowers were in the shades of grey and green. Vrelos beach hosted both the wedding ceremony and the dinner and party.
There was no celebrant simply an exchange of sincere vows between a man and a women who love each other, under a canopy next to the beach! A candle was passed from guest to guest and the person who carried it made a personal wish to Margarita & Sandro . It was a magical moment.
Under the trees and the stars all guests enjoyed a great summer party with the promise to soon return to the beautiful island.
